Weaving is considered a work of art in the centeral Asian Region. This Turkoman Bokhara design handmade in Northern Afghanistan in the cities of Mazar-e Sharif and Andkhoy, has been popular for centuries. Made with 100-percent wool known as 'qaraqol', this magnificent piece includes 268 knots per square inch.
