Product Description:
Have you ever wondered what secrets lurk behind the closed doors of New York City's wealthiest families? They're powerful, they're famous... they're undead.

Schuyler Van Alen's blood legacy has just been called into question--is the young vampire in fact a Blue Blood, or is it the sinister Silver Blood that runs through her veins? As controversy swirls, Schuyler is left stranded in the Force household, trapped under the same roof as her cunning nemesis, Mimi Force, and her forbidden crush, Jack Force.

When one of the Gates of Hell is breached by Silver Bloods in Rio de Janeiro, however, the Blue Bloods will need Schuyler on their side. The stakes are high; the battle is bloody; and through it all, Carnavale rages on. And in the end, one vampire's secret identity will be exposed in a revelation that shocks everyone.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - CAN'T WAIT FOR BOOK FOUR!!
This was certainly the best of the series so far! I also agree that putting off reading it might be a good idea because it will leave you wanting more. The character development and the twists and everything made this probably one of my favorite books period.

I Also liked the Twilight series very much, but these books oddly are a little more grown up I feel. I believe in the very first book the character of Mimi was refered to as 16 going on 30, but really that was like almost every character. I don't know if it was because they're smart/rich NYC kids or what... I know I'd never be able to drink whatever I wanted when I was 15 at public places!!

I also liked some of the fashion references in the very first book, but wasn't too sad there was much less in this book. Also happy there are no bad references to Buffy like in the first. (buffy never used silver stakes on vampires.. she used fibre and the only 'silver stakes kill vampire' reference i know is Blade, which sucks in comparision)

Anyway, I recommend getting the third book in Target as well. The secret chapter takes place right before the epilogue. I'm surprised it wasn't put in the actual book, it gave a slight bit more closure to a certain relationship.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - I wish I was a Blue Blood
I loved this book though I disliked the end.
Reading the secret chapter made it alot easier to take.

P.S.: If you don't like the end either find the Secret Chapter online and read it, it helps.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - Setting up for a good 4th book
Though this isn't my favorite out of the three, it is still a good read. It also set up a lot interesting things for the 4th book and also made me very happy in parts and want to cry during others. There are alot of shockers.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - Revelations revealed.......
I liked the book, but i didnt like it better than Masquerade. I don't know i expected things to move at a much faster pace, it feels like nothing much happened in this one.
i cant say more without posting a spoilert and i don't like posting spoilers. so you'll have to read and make a choice for yourself.
I love this series and will wait for teh subsequent one to determine if i keep on reading the series or not.
but i do love Sky and Oliver and i would hate to not read about them anymore.
But Yeah Masquerade is much better.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - Could have been better
Revelations didn't live up to what I thought it was going - and the possibilities are endless for these characters. Schulyer still has feelings for Jack and vice versa - much to the dismay of his "twin" Mimi -who is in a rush to speed up her bonding ceremony (aka wedding to blue bloods) with Jack to force Schuyler out of the picture for good. That part of the book I liked. I was confused about other happenings with the Silver Bloods and the ending confused me as well. I'll read the subsequent book just to find out what happens since I've already read the very first 3 but this isn't a series that lives up to it's hype in my opinion.
