My stepgranddaughter (age 8) loved this gift! Her mom is a professional day care provider, and is making copies of the pages (before they get colored!) so she will have more for her day care kids. Nice, simple but interesting pictures.

I bought this for my seven year old grandaughter. She loves horses. The pictures in this book are very nice. She had a great time coloring in this book.

My daughter loved this book, in fact the whole series is wonderful. There is so much information and detailed pictures, It's almost a shame to let a child colour them in! lol I like to colour them with colored pencil as well. The pages are nice and thick. A great gift!

This is a beautiful book that an older kid could really appreciate. I bought it for my 3 year old because she's very into horses right now but she will not do it any justice. An older child with artistist ability would love turning these grey & white images into stunning pictures. Would work great with colored pencils as the pages are much nicer than the usual "crayon" type pages of kids coloring books.

Very realistic pictures for children or adults to enjoy coloring to their heart's delight. Focus can be realistic or fantasy colors. Nicely done.
