Editor's Notes and Comments:

Product Description:
Jessica Fletcher is pitching in to help Cabot Cove's very first Lobster Festival by writing an article about the lifestyle of the local lobstermen. But instead of getting the story, she becomes tangled in a net of intrigue and murder. And she better sink her claws into this puzzling case-or she may find herself becoming the subsequent catch of the day.

Customer Reviews
User popularity level: out of 5 stars

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Love the trip to Maine!
Excellent book and I enjoyed seeing Jessica's home and living there for a time. The mystery was fine and so much fun - I think I want some fresh seafood now.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - An exorbitant price
I want to order this product but find that the price is too high. I have noticed that other Audio CD releases are much more affordable. Why not this product? And who's paying these prices? The three stars account for the product's excessive price tag, not the story itself. Sara.

Rated by buyers 2 out of 5 stars - The Maine Mutiny - Not the Usual Good Stuff
It was good, not great, as is usual for Mr. Bain. Jessica floating in the water.....not believable. I was happy to see that she was back in Maine. I always enjoy all the characters that she interacts with.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - jessica does it again!
i really enjoyed this book i'm a big fan of the series so i was excited to own a few of the books.......can't wait for the subsequent one. Thanks JB..........

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - another cracking read!
Having read all the Murder She Wrote books by Donald Bain, this one ranks as one of the weaker ones due to a slightly slow pace, however, having said that, even the weakest books in this series are totally enthralling, Donald Bain has a great knack for painting such vivid pictures of people and places in your mind that you could almost be there with them, he has taken what could so easily have been a mediocre paperback TV tie-in series and turned it into an entity in it's own right with high quality plots and superbly rounded characters, this particular story is centered around the inaugural lobster festival in Jessica's Home town of Cabot Cove and sees Jessica become entwined in the sinister and deadly politics of the local lobster industy.
Altogether, as usual another great addition to the series.
