Product Description:
Accountant Heather Montgomery is a planner. So never in her wildest dreams did she think she'd run into sexy charmer Tony McCaffrey in Vegas, play lady luck, and celebrate his jackpot with a champagne-soaked night. And she certainly never expected to wake up the subsequent morning married! How could this good girl pick a man whose fridge is empty and whose apartment is a disaster zone, yet still drives her so crazy with lust she can't see straight?

Quickly hitched and happily ditched, Tony can't wait to get back to his playboy ways. But when Heather's family is thrilled that their no-nonsense daughter is finally in love, he proposes a plan: stay married for a month to repay his good luck charm, even though she sterilizes his toothbrush and forbids anything between the sheets. But Heather is more than he bargained for--a sharp-witted, passionate woman who just might turn his near miss into wedded bliss!

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Tall Tales- A Joyfully Recommended Title
Heather Montgomery doesn't make impulsive decisions. So she never in a million years thought that a trip to Vegas would find her married to the sexy Tony McCaffery. Tony is happy with his playboy ways, so when Heather decides to put an end to their marriage as quickly as it began, he's more than happy to go along with her. But interference comes in the shape of Heather's family. They come to an agreement, he'll help her out by staying married for a month and attending a family wedding and she'll help him obtain his dream of owning a bar and grill. Love isn't supposed to be part of the deal. The longer Heather is with Tony though the more she falls in love with him. And Tony can't deny that he's falling for Heather. The big question is, can Tony let go of his past and take a chance on true love?

Tall Tales and Wedding Veils is a witty and sexy tale that should be on everyone's reading list. Loaded to the brim with fun family members who strangely remind us of someone we know, a hunky hero and spunky heroine and a story that seems to jump off the pages and grab you, not letting you go until you turn the last page.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Very funny, very emotional. Excellent
Heather Montgomery is practical. She's a CPA, a size 14, and she's just not the kind of woman a sexy guy looks at twice. Still, she's in Las Vegas for her cousin's bachelorette event, and when she sees sexy Tony McCaffrey from back home (he doesn't recognize her, of course), she wants to help him. He needs another twenty thousand to buy the bar he's dreamed of managing, but his angel investor has just backed off and Tony has proven his gambling isn't the way to earn the money he needs.

Heather found a ten dollar chip, and she's sure it's good luck--the key to Tony's twenty thousand. But by the time the evening is over, they're drunk, in bed together, and there's a marriage license on the bed subsequent to them.

Being married wouldn't be a problem--except Heather was so drunk, she called her mother--and now she's going to be attending her cousin's wedding as the married for eight hours woman. Tony may play the field, may have about as much interest in being faithful as he does in becoming a priest, but he doesn't want to let Heather down--for one thing, she did win him his twenty thousand dollars. Surely he can manage a fake marriage for a month--at least until the cousin's wedding is over. What neither anticipate is how being with one another will change their lives.

Author Jane Graves alternates laugh-out-loud humour and gut-wrenching emotion in what may be her strongest novel yet. Heather is a wonderfully approachable heroine, with human strengths and failings, and a mostly reasonable view of herself--she really is a size 14, after all. Tony is a wonderful wounded bad-boy. TALL TALES AND WEDDING VEILS makes for a really compelling ring. I picked it up this afternoon and kept reading until I was finished. If you're looking for a romance that really comes together, that doesn't just rely on sex appeal and superficial disagreements, and that's sexy in a fun way, I suggest you give Graves and TALL TALES a try.

I'm happy to recommend this one.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - This was fun!
Its been a long time since I have read a fun book. This one satisfied. Heather and Tony are a bit cliched, but I thing romance readers like cliches, that's why we stay within the genre. Anyway, if you like to laugh while you read, you'll enjoy this book. There is a cast of secondary characters that are just perfect for the story. No one overshines the two main characters, no one is ridiculously unrealistic, except maybe the Bridesmaids 1-5. Tony and Heather help each other find missing parts of themselves that help make them more dimensional than the cliches they start out as. I thought about giving it 4 stars, but I try to reserve that for books I know I will read more than once, but I don't think this one will, but it is a good story.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - First by Jane Graves, Glad I bought it.
I expected a lot from this book, it got great reviews from my book challenge group, and while I enjoyed the story and the humor, it took me a long time to warm up to the hero. The story starts off with Tony taking $20,000 from a Vegas jackpot. However, I can't imagine what guy would take money so easily, that's probably my main problem with this story. Anyways, their fake marriage turns into a real one, not an original story but some good moments. It's the very first book I've ever read by Jane Graves, and I won't hesitate to pick up another book by her.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - A nice afternoon read!
I thought this book was great and plan to read more by this author. In this novel Jane is a very smark and cute but has always complared herself to her barbie doll cousin. That said 'barbie doll' is getting married and Janie is forced to wear an ugly bridesmaid dress and go to 'girls' weekend in Vegas with the other plastics. While in Vegas she runs into Hunky Tony ffrom her home town and a some 20,000 dollar gambling and a lot of drinking they get married. This is cute chix read with lots of humour and romance, Enjoy!

I would also suggest; Falling For Gracie, 27 Dresses (Full Screen Edition) , Not Another Bad Date (Avon Romance) and Her Perfect Revenge.
