Camryn Barnes and Alexandra Fielding have come together after twenty one years of not noing thier parents they have come to meet each other. Alex and Cam have special powers that thier father gave them when they were just a day old. now it is time for them to get back their uncle that killed their father because of jealousy.
Two twin babies born in the land of Coventry have inherited their powers from their father, a god of that land. He wasn't able to fight his evil brother so he decided to give his powers to his daughters. When his brother killed him he tried to go after his daughters. The reason that he got killed was that his brother was jealous because he didn't marry his brother's wife and have a family like he did.
My opinion of the book is that it was very good if you understand what is going on in the book. I think that it had a very good point to it and that it stayed on the same subject the whole time while reading it. it kept my attention throught the whole book. I think that some parts of it were very unexpected and some were random. So overall it was a good book.
During the whole story the twins uncle is trying to capture them and take their powers away from them. since they are together it is hard for him to stop them once they put their powers together. Cam and Alex have these secret parents that have been following them around for a long time and they didn't know it until one day when their uncle almost captured them and Alex, them creator of Coventry went their to look for her mom.
At the end of the story the girls ended up getting to know thier mom. Their secret got out about them having witch powers, but it was o.k. because everyone still loved them for who they were. They finally defeated their uncle by putting their powers togther and thinking of everone they love. Most of all what made them win against him was thinking of how much they love their birth mom. this is the very first book in a series called t*witches.this is the best books i've read since magic tree house when i was 8.Cam and Alex,the main charachters in this book,are kinda like cinderella before(alex)and after(cam).They don't know anything about each other,until cam goes on vacation and meets alex in the theme park, where she works.Things kick off from there.I could tell you more but i'll decide just to tell you to expect tense,suspenseful moments,a puzzling mystery,lots of magic,and an
interesting cast of charachters.in addition to meeting cam and alex,you'll also read about their magical guardians,ileana and karsh,who argue like a couple kids,and if that isn't enough,it'll get you hooked on a sereis that only harry potter is better than!

This was a pretty good book. There are plenty of summarizing reviews on it, so I'm not going to summarize it.
The only few things that bothered me were the sentences in which about half the words were slang, and the sort of aggrivating parts that you could tell were supposed to be dramatic and really...weren't. Other than that, it was fine.

When I very first got the book, I thought that this book won't have a lot of action, damsels in distresses, witchcrafy and all of that stuff. but once I got up to the middle of the book, I knew that I was totally wrong. Buy this book. It really something you don't expect!!!

Camryn Barnes and Alexandra Fielding are so different that it seems impossible for them to be related. But they are twins. Cam is a popular, peppy soccer player. The jem of her school. Alex is a party girl, punky and has a flair for sarcasm. They've never met... that is, until now. Cam and Alex are really Apolla and Artemis- Two very wanted witches. Their parents were killed the day that the girls were born. The girls themselves have no clue that they are witches. So, what'll happen when they meet and their powers increase? One thing's for sure- Montana will never be the same again.
I loved this riveting book. The characters are so real that it's like you go to high school with them. The tantalizing combination of teenage drama and magic unite to form a bombshell script. This book truely shows you how important family is and that people can always learn more about themselves. All in all, this is a definate must-read!
