A great start to a new series, but sadly the Author passed away and the series will not continue on. The author will be missed. I enjoyed the book, I found it to be a different take on werewolves and the story was part mystery, part paranormal. Lou is a supermodel werewolf, but she is also being stalked by another werewolf that is killing women that look like her. She is questioned by a sexy detective by the name of Terry and she finds her self in a race to find the killer before he finds her. She has a best friend, Cindy and Cindy knows all of Lou's secrets, when Lou gets upset, she starts to grow fur and claws. Will the killer be found before Lou turns into a full blown Werewolf? Lots of action in this book?

I couldn't finish this book. I love stories about vampires and werewolves, but there was way too much sex in this. It made me feel dirty even trying to read around it. Really disappointing.

I was surprised at the quality of writing in the novel. It was supposed the be the very first book of a series but the brilliant mind that conceived this series passed away last year (July??). Its a real shame as this is a well written exciting story of Lou the Super Model who has a hidden past. She is confused by a break out recently of werewolfness and must try to find answers. She meets a hot cop who shows interest but due to the untimely death of the author, we will never know how it all ends. Will she go with Terry or settle for Stefan?

Read it and enjoy the work of a writer in her element. She wrote the Wulfs of London books also.

This book has been sitting on my shelf since Christmas. I finally decided to give it a read. I really, really enjoyed this book. The plot is strong. Lou Kipniski is a supermodel who is also, occasionally, a werewolf. Now another werewolf is stalking her, and killing any women that get in his path. Add a hunky detective, another hunky photographer, and icky PI and a lesbian best friend, and we have a great supporting cast for our Cover Girl. The writing here is well done, very interesting. The plot races along, pages turning. The ending is also well done and somewhat original. This would have been a beautiful start to a new paranormal series. I enjoyed this book much more than some in similar genres lately. Unfortunately, this author passed away shortly after completing the story and there are a lot of lose ends. To be honest, I knew this and I think that is what kept me from reading this book long ago. Don't let it keep you from reading it, if you are interested, because not only is this a great book, but it also shows what a truly bright light burned out too soon in Ronda Thompson.

This is a very first for me in the werewolf genre, and very first book i read by Rhonda Thompson. I am so sad to hear that she passed away. I really enjoyed this book. Lou is unlike any model ever definately.
