I took the class from Eric Laundrum, and would say that is one of the best classes. We used this book. It is a great book because help you understand the different paths you could follow in the psychology profession. It also helps with knowing, that the path can be too long form some people. So, it is better to change careers.
The book has strategies about how to get into graduate school following a career in psychology. I learned that one of the keys to getting into graduate school was to be a research assistant or TA for a professor. So, I went to the chair of the dept and offered my help. After 2 yrs of having graduated, the chair helped me with a letter of recommendation for Graduate school.
The book is simple and to the point. Not Phd. non sense....

I purchased this book for one of my Psychology classes and found it very helpful in my decision to do my Master's in that field. This is a great buy.
